As first time home buyers, we had plenty of questions and to be honest, there were several times that we just did not know what we wanted. This is where Richard really shined and became more than a Real Estate agent but also a friend. He was always patient with our repeated questions and understanding as we would flip flop on decisions. He helped us lay out a vision for each home, helping us see the potential in all of them. When we decided to put an offer on the table, he would be quick to send us the proper documentation and keep us informed. If we didn't win the bid, he would give us a pep talk and get us started again. He didn't give up on us finding the perfect house, and without him, it would have been a much harder process.
